FUENTE365 resources are focused on the implementation of quality dual language enrichment education, targeted specifically to you as a dual language teacher or administrator, researcher, parent, or community member.  ​

REGISTRATION POLICIES AND PROCEDURES:

To make your registration for La Cosecha as easy as possible, please follow these instructions:

  • Avoid delays - registration will be processed ONLY when accompanied by complete credit card information, check, or a copy of the purchase order.

  • If paying by credit card, submit your credit card information through our secure online registration. DLeNM uses Paypal and Quickbooks to process credit cards. You will receive an emailed receipt or paid invoice upon completion of the transaction.

  • If paying by purchase order or check for more than one registrant, please list each participant's name on the purchase order or include a copy of the registration confirmation.

  • Please email information@dlenm.org if you have questions regarding our PO process or if you anticipate any delays in getting your PO.

  • Please mail all checks to: DLeNM, P.O. Box 91508, Albuquerque, NM 87199

SUBSTITUTIONS, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS:

Registration substitutions, cancellations, and refunds will only be accepted by written request and must be received by October 23, 2023. Substitution requests must include the name of the original registrant and the name and contact information for the new registrant. A processing fee of $50 will be assessed per registration cancellation and the refund will be issued six weeks after the conference. Please send substitution, cancellation, and refund requests to accounting@dlenm.org. Refund requests received after October 23, 2023 will NOT be processed.

There are no refunds or exchanges for School Visits or Pre-Conference Institutes.

VIRTUAL/HYBRID CONFERENCE POLICIES:

  • Virtual and in-person attendees agree to not copy, record, or take screenshots of any portion of the virtual presentations, handouts, recordings, conference materials, Q&A, or any chat-room activity that takes place in the virtual space.

  • Virtual and in-person attendees hereby authorize and grant DLeNM the right to record all participants via screenshots, film, and/or video, along with editing the recorded institute into a photo gallery/short film/webinar, which may include other recordings and material. And authorize and grant DLeNM the use of the name and likeness, voice, or other information or place the recording/materials online, including social media.

  • All participants must comply with the instructions of the moderator, presenter, and any DLeNM and event staff.

  • In-person attendees agree to comply with the latest official CDC guidance, requirements by the State of New Mexico, and any communicated or posted requirements by DLeNM and partner hotels regarding COVID19. 100% mask-wearing will be required when inside partner hotels unless otherwise communicated during the event.

  • In-person attendees will be encouraged to social distance within all meeting and community spaces to include 6-feet distance between individuals.

  • Attendees agree to engage with all other attendees, volunteers, and staff involved with the institute in a professional and courteous manner. DLeNM will exclude any attendee whose behavior is deemed to be inappropriate.

La Cosecha 2023 program will feature​​:

  • 235+ professional presentations and workshops designed to support two-way and one-way immersion, developmental bilingual, and heritage/tribal language immersion programs; 

  • Sessions focused on distance-learning, hybrid, and virtual settings;

  • School Visits 

  • Culturally and linguistically responsive focused sessions;

  • Key strategies for Emerging Bilinguals and biliteracy  Pre-K – Secondary programs; 

  • Nationally and internationally renowned expert speakers;

  • Pre-Conference Institutes in biliteracy and leadership development, sheltered instruction, and others;

  • Student Leadership Institute;

  • Networking and extended learning opportunities;

  • Online learning support; and 

  • Opportunities to celebrate our emerging bilingual communities!
