REGISTRATION POLICIES AND PROCEDURES:

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Credit Card – when paying by credit card at the time of registration, registration is automatically confirmed and sent via email.
  • Purchase Order -Upload your PO in PDF format at the time of registration.

 *When paying by purchase order or check for multiple participants, please list each participant's name and/or copies of their registration confirmations.

If you require an estimate to begin the PO procurement process please email LCReg@dlenm.org with the subject line LC Registration Estimate Request.

SUBSTITUTIONS, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS:

Registration substitutions, cancellations, and refunds will only be accepted by written request to LCReg@dlenm.org. Requests received by October 23rd will not incur a fee. After this date, cancellations will incur a $100 processing fee, with refunds issued six weeks after the conference. Refund requests received after November 3rd will not be processed.  Substitution requests must include the name of the original participant, the name and contact information for the new participant.

There are no refunds or exchanges for School Visits or Pre-Conference Institutes.
